Bernie Sanders in 2016!!!!

This is how I want to start my blog. I went to see him in Manassas, VA just over a week ago. He basically said all the things he's been saying for years. He saw things happening back when they were just starting and got to see the changes up close and personal. He started fighting for our rights so many years ago. Why have I not heard of him until he decided to run for President? I guess I just wasn't paying attention. I'm paying attention now. I support this man. I'll be voting for him in the Primary in my state, and I'll be voting for him in the election in 2016.

As much as I want a woman in the White House, I no longer think it should be Hillary Clinton. Not that she wouldn't do an okay job. I just don't think she would do as much as Bernie Sanders. They don't have the same intentions or agenda. I think Hillary Clinton is more interested in being President than she is about helping the everyday person. I think Bernie Sanders is more interested in using the office of the President to help our people and our nation as a whole to grow and change in a way that benefits us all.

He believes in people. He believes in our government. He also believes he can make a change that will head our country in the right direction long after he is gone. I can appreciate that. He's not afraid to take on Wall Street or Big Pharma. Unlike every other candidate in the race, this man is not running for President for himself. He is running for us.
 
He is running a campaign to get people fired up. He wants to get people involved in the political process. He wants to remind us that we are supposed to have a voice in the running of our country. We have more power than we think. We should be fighting to keep it out of the hands of those who care only for themselves. This is about standing up for ourselves, our families and everyone else who needs a helping hand. Big companies are not going to give any more than they have to. The laws that have been made in the past are affecting us now. Things that were good have been negatively impacted due to some very stupid decisions made by our policy makers. They were not thinking of the good of our country, when they set these policies in motion. They were thinking only of themselves and their wallets. It's time to change the way we do things. It's time to get involved.




Just a very good video that shows how long Bernie Sanders has been fighting for people. He has been seriously consistent in his career. I think now we are just in a place where it has become too much. Enough is enough! We're ready for Bernie Sanders to lead the revolution.

There is so much more to say, but I just want to get this out there. I'm hope this reaches someone else. Then they can pass it on. Research the man and his political career. Find out what he believes in. Find out how he has voted over the years. Make your own decision.
